  • 2  tsp.  finely shredded lemon peelOn Sale
  • 2  Tbsp.  unsalted butter, softenedOn Sale
  • 8  oz.  fresh or dried tagliatelle or fettuccineOn Sale
  • 1  cup  whipping cream, heatedOn Sale
  • 1/3  lb.  prosciutto, cut into stripsOn Sale
  • 3/4  cup  fresh-grated Parmesan cheeseOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a small bow, combine the lemon peel and softened butter; set aside. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water just until tender; drain.

Transfer the pasta to a warm serving bowl. Add the lemon butter and warm cream. Toss gently to coat. Add the prosciutto. Serve pasta sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
