Tagliatelle A La Hudson
Lemon and prosciutto flavor this easy pasta dish. It can be on the table in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

8 oz. fresh or dried tagliatelle or fettuccine

1 cup whipping cream, heated

1/3 lb. prosciutto, cut into strips

3/4 cup fresh-grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

In a small bow, combine the lemon peel and softened butter; set aside. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water just until tender; drain.

Transfer the pasta to a warm serving bowl. Add the lemon butter and warm cream. Toss gently to coat. Add the prosciutto. Serve pasta sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
