Ingredients
  • 1   (4 1/2-pound) beef brisket, trimmedOn Sale
  • 2 tablespoons  brown sugarOn Sale
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  ancho chili powderOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  garlic powderOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  onion powderOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  chopped parsleyOn Sale
  • 1/2 teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale
  •   Flour tortillasOn Sale
Toppings:
  •   shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, shredded lettuceOn Sale
Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Place brisket, fat side down, in a roasting pan.

Combine brown sugar, powders, parsley, salt, and pepper. Rub spice mixture into top of brisket. Cover and seal pan with foil. Bake for 4 1/2 hours.

Remove brisket from pan; let stand for 15 minutes. Cut brisket across grain into thin slices, using a sharp knife. Serve in warm flour tortillas with desired toppings.
