Ingredients
  • 1 pound  lean ground beefOn Sale
  • 1 package (32 ounces)  reduced-sodium beef brothOn Sale
  • 1 can (15 to 16 ounces)  black beans, rinsed and drainedOn Sale
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces)  diced tomatoesOn Sale
  • 1 package (1.25 ounces)  reduced-sodium taco seasoningOn Sale
  • 1 can (11 ounces)  whole-kernel corn with sweet peppersOn Sale
  •   Tortilla chips, optionalOn Sale

In a large saucepan, cook beef until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in corn. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
