With ground beef, black beans, and corn, this main dish soup is like a taco in a bowl. Serve tortilla chips on the side or crushed on top.

1 package (32 ounces)reduced-sodium beef brothsee savings

1 can (15 to 16 ounces)black beans, rinsed and drainedsee savings

1 can (14.5 ounces)diced tomatoessee savings

1 package (1.25 ounces)reduced-sodium taco seasoningsee savings

1 can (11 ounces)whole-kernel corn with sweet pepperssee savings

Tortilla chips, optionalsee savings

In a large saucepan, cook beef until browned. Drain off fat. Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in corn. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
