  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 15 ounce cans seasoned tomato sauce with diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 ounce can chili beans with chili gravy
  • 1 15 ounce can hominy or whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 1 1/4 ounce package taco seasoning mix
In a large skillet cook ground beef until meat is brown. Drain off fat.
In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker combine the meat, tomato sauce, beans with chili gravy, undrained hominy, and taco seasoning mix.
Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 to 3 hours. Makes 4 to 6 main-dish servings (8 cups).

  • For easy cleanup:

Line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your chili is finished cooking, spoon the chili out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
