1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 1 ounce package Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
1 16 ounce can tomato sauce
1 15 1/4 ounce can Green Giant® whole kernel corn
2 cups shredded cheddar or processed American cheese (8 ounces)
2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
Sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired
Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Serve with remaining ingredients.
