Ingredients
  • 2   pounds 
    Swiss chard, washed and cut into 2 pieces
  • 1/4  cup 
    soy flour, sifted
  • 3   
    large eggs
  • 3/4  cup 
    heavy cream
  • 1/4  cup 
    water
  • 1/4  cup 
    sour cream
  • 2   tablespoons 
    pinch of herbs seasoning
  • 1/2  teaspoon 
    salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon 
    ground pepper
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1-quart baking dish.

In a medium pot on high heat, cook chard in lightly salted boiling water until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze dry (may be prepared up to one day in advance). Spread chard into baking dish in an even layer.

In a medium bowl, whisk soy flour and eggs until smooth. Add cream, water, sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper.
4.
Pour mixture over chard and bake 45 minutes or until set, puffed around the edges and lightly browned.
