  • 1/2  teaspoon  finely shredded orange peelOn Sale
  • 2  cups  raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberriesOn Sale
  • 2/3  cup  thawed frozen light or fat-free whipped dessert toppingOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  vanilla low-fat yogurtOn Sale
  •     Finely shredded orange peel (optional)On Sale

Directions
1.
In a medium bowl stir together the 1/2 teaspoon orange peel and the orange juice. Add the berries; toss to coat.

For topping, in a small bowl stir together the dessert topping and yogurt.

Divide berry mixture among 4 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the topping over each serving. If desired, sprinkle with additional finely shredded orange peel. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.

Make-ahead tip
Prepare fruit and topping mixtures; cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. To serve, assemble as above.
