Ingredients
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 teaspoon finely shredded orange peel
2 cups raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries
2/3 cup thawed frozen light or fat-free whipped dessert topping
1/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
Finely shredded orange peel (optional)
Directions
1. In a medium bowl stir together the 1/2 teaspoon orange peel and the orange juice. Add the berries; toss to coat.
2. For topping, in a small bowl stir together the dessert topping and yogurt.
3. Divide berry mixture among 4 dessert dishes. Spoon some of the topping over each serving. If desired, sprinkle with additional finely shredded orange peel. Serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
