  • 1  lb.
    plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped (3 cups)

    red and/or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved ( 1 3/4 cups)

Directions
1.
In saucepan combine tomatoes, sugar, cinnamon, and crushed red pepper. Bring to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, over medium-low for 35 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat Transfer to a bowl; cool. Serve or store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days. Makes eight 1/4-cup servings.
