  • 3 cups
    cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons
    margarine or butter, softened

  • 1 teaspoon
    grated orange peel

  • 1/2 teaspoon
    salt

  • 1 cup
    miniature marshmallows

  • 3 cups
    Kellogg's Corn Flakes® (crushed to 1 1/2 cups)

  • 2 tablespoons
    margarine or butter, melted

Directions
1.
Combine sweet potatoes, the 2 tablespoons softened margarine, orange peel and salt. Spread mixture in shallow 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
2.
Arrange marshmallows over potatoes, pressing slightly.
3.
Combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal with remaining melted margarine. Sprinkle over marshmallows.
4.
Bake at 375 degrees F about 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
