A natural digestion enhancer, this light yogurt drink is flavored with soothing rose water and cardamom.

1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 drop rose water
1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Directions
1. Pour 2 cups water into medium bowl. Add yogurt, sugar, rose water, and cardamom. Whisk until frothy.
