Sweet Citrus Butter

An easy way to add sweet citrus flavor to everything from muffins to toast to biscuits.

Ingredients
-
1 cupbutter, softenedsee savings

-
1/2 cuporange marmaladesee savings

-
1 tablespoonlemon zest (from 1 lemon)see savings

-
1/4 cuplemon juice (from 1 lemon)see savings

-
1/4 cuppowdered sugar, siftedsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

Directions
1.
Cream butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
2.
Add in the rest of ingredients and mix until incorporated.
3.
Chill citrus butter for an hour.
4.
With a melon baller, scoop butter into small balls for serving.
