Sweet And Spicy Nuts
Recipe from Sugar In The Raw®

Be sure to only lightly brown the nuts in order to keep in a lot of the flavor. This is a snack that can be prepared in advance and served all week!

Directions
1.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2.
Heat honey in a glass bowl in microwave for 45 seconds. Add 1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw and cool mixture to room temperature. When cool, add nuts. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine spices -- excluding salt. Sprinkle nuts with spice mixture, tossing quickly and thoroughly until nuts are well coated.
3.
Spread nut mixture on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and stir nuts with spoon. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of Sugar In The Raw and kosher salt. Continue baking 5 to 7 minutes more until nuts are lightly browned. Remove from oven and transfer nuts to waxed paper coated with non-stick cooking spray to cool.
