Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, melted butter, sugar, and milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn, creamed corn and cheese.
3.
Pour into prepared casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
