Directions
1.
In a medium saucepan cook and stir chopped onion in hot oil over medium heat 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.
2.
In medium bowl whisk together honey, ketchup, lemon juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste. Add to onion mixture in saucepan; bring to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes (you should have about 3-1/4 cups sauce). Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
3.
Place sweet peppers and red onion wedges in a microwave-safe glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and vent. Microwave 3 minutes.
4.
On six metal skewers evenly divide Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Chunks, peppers, and onion wedges.
5.
Prepare rice noodles following package directions. Drain and toss with 3/4 cup of the reserved sauce.
6.
Meanwhile, heat gas grill to medium hot or prepare charcoal grill with medium-hot coals.
7.
Liberally brush skewers with some of the remaining sauce. Grill 4 minutes per side, brushing with additional sauce as needed.
8.
To serve, divide noodles among six plates. Arrange skewers over noodles. Boil remaining sauce 3 minutes and serve on the side.

Serving Suggestion:
If you can't find rice noodles, substitute capellini or vermicelli.
