    butter

    diced onion

    chicken broth

    new red potatoes, quartered

  • 1  teaspoon
    House Seasoning (recipe below)

  • 1  10-oz. package
    frozen chopped collard greens

*House Seasoning:
  • 1  cup
    salt

  • 1/4  cup
    black pepper

    galic powder

Directions
1.
Cut the sausage into 1/4-inch slices. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan; add the onion and sausage, and saute until the onion is transparent, about 10 minutes. Add the collard greens, potato wedges and chicken stock. Cover and cook for 20 minutes longer.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with sour cream biscuits.

*House Seasoning
Mix ingredients together and store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.
