  • 1/2  of a 16-ounce package  frozen unsweetened peach slices (about 2 cups)On Sale
  • 1  medium  peeled bananaOn Sale
  • 3/4  cup  vanilla soy milk or soy milkOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawedOn Sale
  • 1  cup  ice cubesOn Sale

Directions

Set aside 4 peach slices for garnish. Place the remaining peaches, banana, milk, and juice concentrate in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes through hole in blender lid, blending until smooth after each addition.

To serve, pour mixture into four chilled glasses and garnish each glass with a peach slice. Makes four (3/4 cup) servings.
