Super Soy Smoothies

From: Better Homes and Gardens

This soy milk and fruit drink is a nutritious fast breakfast or snack. For a frostier drink, use a peeled frozen banana.

Ingredients
1/2 of a 16-ounce package frozen unsweetened peach slices (about 2 cups)
1 medium peeled banana
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk or soy milk
1/4 cup frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup ice cubes

Directions
1. Set aside 4 peach slices for garnish. Place the remaining peaches, banana, milk, and juice concentrate in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes through hole in blender lid, blending until smooth after each addition.
2. To serve, pour mixture into four chilled glasses and garnish each glass with a peach slice. Makes four (3/4 cup) servings.
