1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons minced roasted garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
36 toasted baguette rounds
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cheeses, pimentos, tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Spread evenly on toasted baguette rounds.
