  • 1  8-ounce can
    pineapple tidbits, drained

    ripe mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped

    sweet red pepper, finely chopped

    red onion, finely chopped

    snipped fresh cilantro

    freshly squeezed lime juice

    jalapeno pepper, finely chopped (do not remove the seeds*)

Directions
1.
In a storage container, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Suggested Uses
Serve with grilled chicken, fish or pork.

*Note
Hot chili peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your eyes, lips, and sensitive skin. Wear plastic gloves while working with peppers, and be sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterward.
