  • 1/3  cup  nonfat ricotta cheeseOn Sale
  • 2  tablespoons  sugarOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  finely shredded lemon or orange peelOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  orange juiceOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  vanilla low-fat yogurtOn Sale
  • 2  cups  sliced plums, cubed cantaloupe, cubed honeydew melon, dark sweet cherries, and/or strawberriesOn Sale

Directions
1.
For dip, in a blender container or food processor bowl combine ricotta cheese, sugar, lemon or orange peel, and orange juice. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir cheese mixture into the yogurt. If desired, cover and chill dip up to 24 hours.

Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Garnish dip with additional finely shredded orange peel, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
