1/4 cupfresh basil leaves, cut into thin stripssee savings

1 tbsp.minced garlicsee savings

8plum tomatoes, seeded and choppedsee savings

8 slicesPepperidge Farm® 100% Natural Soft 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted or grilled and cut diagonally into quarterssee savings

1/4 cupshredded Parmesan cheesesee savings

Directions
1.
Beat the vinegar, oil, basil and garlic in a small bowl with a fork or whisk. Stir in the tomatoes.
2.
Divide the tomato mixture among the bread quarters. Top the with cheese.
