Ingredients
Sugarcane stalks
Pineapple chunks
Plum slices
Banana chunks, cherries, and/or mango chunks (optional)
Directions
1. Use a paring knife to taper ends of sugarcane stalks to a point. Skewer pineapple chunks and plum slices. Grill on a greased grill rack directly over medium-hot coals for 1 minute on each side. Or skip the grilling and serve fresh fruit, such as banana chunks, cherries, and mango chunks, on the sugarcane skewers.
