Ingredients
  • 1  28  ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1  16  ounce package frozen lima beans
  • 1  16  ounce package frozen whole kernel corn
  • 3   cups coarsley chopped round red potatoes (12 ounces)
  • 1/2  cup sliced green onion (4)
  • 1/2  cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1   teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt
  • 1/4  teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
