16 ounces fresh mushrooms
2 cups Meal Starters Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles (6 oz.)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Press prepared mixture into the cavity of mushrooms and place on baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until tops are browned.
