  • 1/2  of a 9- to 10-inch  garlic, onion, or plain Italian flat bread (focaccia), split horizontallyOn Sale
  • 1/2  of an 8-ounce container  mascarpone cheeseOn Sale
  • 1  6-ounce jar  marinated artichoke hearts, drained and choppedOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  capers, drained (optional)On Sale
  • 4  ounces  thinly sliced Genoa salamiOn Sale
  • 1  cup  arugula leavesOn Sale

Directions
1.
Spread cut sides of focaccia with mascarpone cheese. Sprinkle bottom half of focaccia with artichoke hearts and, if desired, capers; top with salami and arugula leaves. Add top of focaccia, spread side down.

Cut sandwich into thirds. Serve immediately or chill up to 4 hours before serving. Makes 3 servings.
