  • 1  cup  skim milkOn Sale
  • 2  8-ounce  cartons plain low-fat yogurtOn Sale
  • 2  cups  sliced strawberriesOn Sale

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl beat pudding mix and milk with an electric mixer or rotary beater until smooth.

Stir in yogurt. Gently stir in strawberries.

Divide among 8 airtight containers. Chill overnight or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
