Strawberry-Yogurt Pudding Salad

Ingredients

1 4-serving-size package reduced-calorie instant chocolate or vanilla pudding mix

1 cup skim milk

2 8-ounce cartons plain low-fat yogurt

2 cups sliced strawberries
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl beat pudding mix and milk with an electric mixer or rotary beater until smooth.

Stir in yogurt. Gently stir in strawberries.

Divide among 8 airtight containers. Chill overnight or store up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.
