Strawberry Cream Cheese Filling

Enjoy this fruit and cream cheese filling with cake, or try it with a mini whole grain bagel.

  • 1/2 cup light tub-style cream cheese
  • 1 cup frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of the whipped dessert topping; fold in until well mixed. Fold in the other 1/2 cup whipped dessert topping. Fold in strawberries.
