Directions
1.
Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of the juice; set pineapple chunks aside. In a small bowl stir together the reserved pineapple juice and the sweet-and-sour sauce; set aside.
2.
In a large nonstick skillet cook and stir sweet pepper and carrot in hot oil over medium-high heat 4 minutes. Add pea pods; cook and stir 1 minute more or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
3.
Add Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, sweet-and-sour sauce mixture, and pineapple chunks to skillet; heat through.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with hot cooked rice and pass soy sauce. If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onions.
