  • 1 10 ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 medium green or red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 6 ounce packages Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted* if desired) (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Unroll pizza dough; pat into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook and stir onion, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes. Add Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and mixture is heated through.
Sprinkle half of cheese over pizza crust. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over cheese layer. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with basil and, if desired, sesame seeds. Bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with sesame-ginger vinaigrette and sprinkled with toasted* sesame seeds.
To toast sesame seeds, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread sesame seeds in a shallow baking pan. Bake 5-10 minutes or until light brown, watching carefully and stirring once or twice.
