Stir-Fried Sesame Tofu With Baby Bok Choy

The vegetables and tofu are seasoned with a teriyaki-ginger sauce and tossed with rice noodles and sesame seeds to make a simple vegetarian meal.

Ingredients

1 tspsesame oilsee savings

1 1/4 cupssliced baby bok choysee savings

3 tbssliced shallotssee savings

1/3 cupsliced or cubed extra-firm tofusee savings

3 tbsteriyaki saucesee savings

2 tspgrated fresh gingersee savings

2 tsptoasted sesame seedssee savings

Cooked rice noodlessee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet.
2.
Add bok choy and shallots; stir-fry 3 minutes.
3.
Add tofu, teriyaki sauce and ginger; cook, stirring frequently, 3 to 5 minutes.
4.
Toss with noodles and toasted sesame seeds.
