Spring Salmon Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

2 tbsp.reduced-fat sour creamsee savings

2 tbsp.mayonnaisesee savings

2 tsp.lemon juicesee savings

1 tbsp.chopped fresh dill weed or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushedsee savings

1 can(6 ounces) chunk salmon packed in water, drainedsee savings

Freshly ground black peppersee savings

Red leaf lettuce leavessee savings

4 slicesPepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Breadsee savings

12thin cucumbers slicessee savings

Directions
1.
Stir the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill in a medium bowl. Add the salmon and toss to coat. Season with the black pepper.
2.
Divide the lettuce and salmon mixture between 2 bread slices. Top with the cucumber and remaining bread slices.
