  • 1  (8-ounce) package  fresh sugar snap peas (approximately 2 cups)On Sale
  • 1  (7-ounce) package  sugar-glazed walnutsOn Sale
  • 1    recipe Orange-Chive Vinaigrette (Recipe follows.)On Sale
  •     Garnish: shaved Asiago cheeseOn Sale
Orange-Chive Vinaigrette:
  • 1/4  cup  orange juiceOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  white-wine vinegarOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  olive oilOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  honeyOn Sale
  • 3  tablespoons  fresh chopped chivesOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  saltOn Sale
  • 1/4  teaspoon  ground black pepperOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine lettuces, oranges, radishes, grapefruit, snap peas, and walnuts. Drizzle with half of the Orange-Chive Vinaigrette, tossing to coat. Garnish with Asiago cheese, if desired. Serve remaining dressing on the side.

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients
