A colorful, frozen treat that is as fun-to-eat as it is to make. Use disposable soda cups and serve these outside during the kids' Easter egg hunt. We served these at our Kids' egg hunt at The Food Channel. Don't forget the straws and spoons!

In each cup, place two (2 ounces) scoops sherbet, pour 1/2 cup or 4 ounces lemon-lime soda over sherbet. Finish with whipped topping and a cherry on top.

Serve each with a straw and spoon, enjoy!
