Spinach and Artichoke Casserole
A rich, creamy side dish.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
1 14 1/2 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 4 ounce can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups (1 sleeve) butter-flavor crackers (such as Ritz), crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
In a small mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers and melted butter until crackers are moist. Spread over spinach mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
