    fresh lemon juice

  • 2  tablespoons
    Worcestershire sauce

    prepared horseradish

    hot pepper sauce

Garnish:

Directions
1.
Lightly coat a 10-inch tube pan or 6-cup gelatin mold with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
2.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine gelatin and cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
3.
Microwave on High for 30 seconds, or until dissolved; set aside.
4.
In a large bowl, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Add dissolved gelatin, whisking to combine. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set, for at least 4 hours.
5.
Unmold onto a serving platter. Garnish with lettuce and cooked shrimp, if desired. Serve with mayonnaise, if desired.
