Blue Cheese and Chive Dip
  • 1  cup  sour creamOn Sale
  • 1  cup  store-bought mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 1  cup  crumbled blue cheeseOn Sale
  • 1 1/2  tablespoons  honeyOn Sale
  • 1  teaspoon  lemon juiceOn Sale
  • 1/2    bunch fresh chives (about 8 chives), finely choppedOn Sale
  •     Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepperOn Sale
  •     Finely chopped fresh chives, for garnishOn Sale

Directions

Take the unpeeled sweet potatoes and, using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, make long, thin chips by slicing them lengthwise from top to bottom. Place chips in a bowl of ice water and chill for 30 minutes. Drain chips on a kitchen towel and pat dry.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat to 375 degrees F. Fry chips in single-layer batches for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove chips with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Season with Chili Powder, salt, and pepper. serve with Blue Cheese and Chive Dip.

Blue Cheese and Chive Dip
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, honey, lemon juice, and the 1/2 bunch chives in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives.
