Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Talk about an easy appetizer. Just tuck cauliflower into the oven for roasting and it becomes tender and sweet.

Ingredients

1/3 cupextra virgin olive oilsee savings

1 tsp.kosher salt or 3/4 tsp. saltsee savings

1/4 to 1/2 tsp.crushed red peppersee savings

1 medium headcauliflower (about 2-3/4 to 3 lb.), cut into floretssee savings

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl combine olive oil, salt, and crushed red pepper. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat. Place cauliflower in a shallow baking pan and roast 30 to 40 minutes, stirring once, until browned. Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
