    ground veal

  • 2 Tablespoons
    club soda

    medium onion, finely chopped

  • garlic clove, minced

  • 1 Tablespoon
    finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

  • 1 Teaspoon
    Hungarian paprika

  • 1 Teaspoon
    salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    ground pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons
    olive oil

Directions
1.
Combine veal, beef, pork, club soda, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
2.
With moistened hands, take 2 heaping tablespoon of mixture and shape it into a 3-inch roll. Continue making rolls until all the mixture is used. (You will have 10 to 15 rolls.)
3.
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat until it is very hot. Cook rolls in batches, 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.
4.
Sprinkle with salt before serving.
