Spicy Meat Rolls

Ingredients

1/2 Poundground vealsee savings

1/2 Poundground beefsee savings

-
1/2 Poundground porksee savings

-
2 Tablespoonsclub sodasee savings

-
1/2medium onion, finely choppedsee savings

-
1garlic clove, mincedsee savings

-
1 Tablespoonfinely chopped fresh Italian parsleysee savings

-
1 TeaspoonHungarian paprikasee savings

-
1 Teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
1/2 Teaspoonground peppersee savings

-
2 Tablespoonsolive oilsee savings

Directions
1.
Combine veal, beef, pork, club soda, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
2.
With moistened hands, take 2 heaping tablespoon of mixture and shape it into a 3-inch roll. Continue making rolls until all the mixture is used. (You will have 10 to 15 rolls.)
3.
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat until it is very hot. Cook rolls in batches, 12 to 15 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.
4.
Sprinkle with salt before serving.
