  • 1-1/2  cups  shredded chicken breast (from a rotisserie chicken)On Sale
  • 1    chipotle chile in adobo (from a 7-ounce can), chopped, plusOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  adobo sauceOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  light mayonnaiseOn Sale
  • 8  hard  taco shellsOn Sale
  • 1/4  cup  Mexican-blend shredded cheeseOn Sale

Directions
1.
Warm chicken in microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix together with chipotle chile, adobo sauce and mayonnaise.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture in each taco shell and divide cheese, lettuce, tomato and scallions among tacos. Serve immediately.
