Directions
1.
Lightly coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Place tortillas, sprayed sides down, on a cutting board or waxed paper. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheese over half of each tortilla. Top cheese with Grilled & Ready® Fajita Chicken Strips, avocado, jalapeno, and salsa. Fold tortillas in half, pressing gently.
2.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook quesadillas over medium heat 4-6 minutes or until light brown and cheese melts, turning once. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.

*Note:
Because chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes, avoid direct contact with them as much as possible. When working with chile peppers, wear plastic or rubber gloves. If your bare hands do touch the peppers, wash your hands and nails well with soap and warm water.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with sour cream, guacamole and/or additional salsa. This recipe is easily doubled or tripled.
