Prosecco is a sparkling wine from Italy. Other dry, non-sweet sparkling wines work well for these quick-and-easy Valentine's Day-inspired spritzers, too. Look for bottles labeled "brut" or "extra dry."

  • 2  tablespoons  100 percent pomegranate juice* or cranberry juice, chilledOn Sale
  •   Splash  Cointreau or Grand Marnier, or otther orange liqueur (about 1/2 tsp.)On Sale
  •     Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilledOn Sale

Directions
1.
For each spritzer, in a small tumbler or flute combine pomegranate juice and Cointreau. Fill glass with Prosecco or sparkling wine. Makes: 1 serving

Note
Some pomegranate juices are filtered clear and some are not, either will work in this recipe.
