Fresh berries in this low-calorie dessert provide 4 grams of heart-healthy fiber per serving.

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons snipped fresh lemon balm or 1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel

3 to 4 cups fresh berries (mix of red and golden raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and/or small strawberries)

Fresh lemon balm sprigs (optional)
Directions
1.
In a small bowl stir honey and balsamic vinegar until combined. Stir in snipped lemon balm or lemon peel.

Place fresh berries in a compote or serving bowl. Drizzle with the honey mixture. Garnish with sprigs of lemon balm, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
