Directions
1.
In a small bowl stir honey and balsamic vinegar until combined. Stir in snipped lemon balm or lemon peel.

Place fresh berries in a compote or serving bowl. Drizzle with the honey mixture. Garnish with sprigs of lemon balm, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
