Directions
1.
Melt the almond bark candy according to package directions. Use tongs or a fork to dip pretzels into melted candy. Place the dipped pretzels on waxed paper to dry. For white aliens, dip the pretzels a second time. For green aliens, tint the melted candy green and dip them once. (Tinted candy has a thicker consistency than untinted candy.)
2.
To make eyes for an alien, cut a jelly candy in half, creating two half-leaf shapes; trim off the top curved edges to slim the shapes. Cut a candy-coated chocolate candy in half for irises. Cut a Cherry Sour candy in half to make a mouth.
3.
Use melted almond bark candy and a toothpick to attach the eyes and mouth to the pretzel. Press the cut edges of the irises to the jelly-candy eyes referring to the photo for placement.
