1 loafFrench bread (1 pound)see savings

1/3 cupmayonnaise or salad dressingsee savings

1 tablespoonKey West-style coarsely ground seasoning blendsee savings

6 ouncesMonterey Jack cheese, slicedsee savings

1 poundsliced cooked deli chicken breastsee savings

2 cupslightly packed spring salad greens mix or small lettuce leavessee savings

1 mediumsweet onion or Bermuda onion, thinly slicedsee savings

1 mediumred bell pepper, thinly sliced into ringssee savings

Directions
1.
Cut bread horizontally in half. Mix mayonnaise and seasoning; spread over cut sides of bread.
2.
Layer cheese, chicken, salad greens, onion and red pepper on bottom half of bread. Add top half of bread. Secure loaf with 6 long wooden picks or small skewers. Cut into 6 serving pieces.
