Sorbet Melon Parfaits

Fresh fruit and frozen sorbet are topped with champagne in this easy yet elegant dessert.

Ingredients
2/3 cup seeded watermelon balls
2/3 cup cantaloupe balls
2/3 cup honeydew melon balls
1/2 cup mango sorbet or lemon sorbet
1/4 cup champagne or sparkling white grape juice, chilled
Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Directions
1. Arrange the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew balls in two wine glasses or goblets. Place scoops of the sorbet on top of the melon.
2. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the champagne over sorbet and melon in each glass. If desired, garnish with mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
