Snow Peas and Tomatoes

    fresh snow pea pods (about 1 pound)

    shallot, sliced

    peanut oil

    toasted sesame oil

    teriyaki sauce

    grape, cherry, and/or pear-shaped red and/or yellow tomatoes, halved

Directions
1.
Remove strings and tips from pea pods; set aside. In a 12-inch skillet cook shallot in hot peanut oil and sesame oil over medium heat until tender. Add pea pods and teriyaki sauce. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until pea pods are crisp-tender. Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute more. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 6 servings.
