  • 1-1/2  cups  packaged dried tricolor or plain corkscrew macaroni, (4 ounces)On Sale

  • 5  ounces  fully cooked smoked turkey breast or fully cooked ham, cut into bite-size strips (1 cup)On Sale
  • 1    small cucumber, coarsely chopped (1 cup)On Sale

  • 1/3  cup  mayonnaise or salad dressingOn Sale
  • 1/3  cup  dairy sour cream or plain yogurtOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  honeyOn Sale
  • 1  tablespoon  Dijon-style mustardOn Sale

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Drain again.

In a large mixing bowl combine cooked pasta, cheese, smoked turkey or ham, cucumber, red or green sweet pepper, and green onions.

For dressing, in a small mixing bowl stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream or yogurt, honey, mustard, and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.

If necessary, stir milk into pasta mixture before serving. If desired, line individual salad plates with lettuce leaves. Serve pasta mixture on lettuce-lined plates. Makes 4 main-dish servings.
