    smoked salmon

Directions
1.
For sauce, in a small bowl stir together mayonnaise dressing, sour cream, lemon peel, lemon juice, and snipped thyme. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.
2.
To serve, arrange salmon and lemon on platter. Serve with sauce. Sprinkle with red onion and capers. If desired, garnish with thyme sprigs. Makes 8 appetizer servings.
