Ingredients

1/2 cupBisquick Heart Smart® mixsee savings

3/4 cupshredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)see savings

1/4 cupwatersee savings

2 tablespoonsfat-free egg product or 1 egg whitesee savings

1/2 poundextra-lean (at least 90%) ground beefsee savings

1/2 cupcanned tomato saucesee savings

1/4 cupketchupsee savings

1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the water and egg product; set aside.
2.
In ovenproof 8-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup and salt. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
3.
Pour Bisquick mixture over top. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
