  • 1/2   cup
    Bisquick Heart Smart® mix

    shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (3 ounces)

    water

  • 2   tablespoons
    fat-free egg product or 1 egg white

  • 1/2   pound
    extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef

    canned tomato sauce

    ketchup

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the water and egg product; set aside.
2.
In ovenproof 8-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup and salt. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
3.
Pour Bisquick mixture over top. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
