1red bell pepper, seeded and choppedsee savings

2 (8-ounce) packagescubed hamsee savings

Directions
1.
To a large pot of boiling water, add butternut squash. When water comes to a boil again, remove squash and plunge into an ice bath. Drain and set aside to cool.
2.
In a large skillet, brown bacon over medium-high heat. Drain grease and set bacon aside.
3.
Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add onion and cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until tender. Add peppers and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add ham and squash; cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Add reserved bacon pieces, stirring to combine. Serve immediately.
