  • 2 tbsp.
    vegetable oil

    skinless, boneless chicken breast or beef sirloin steak, cut into strips

  • medium green or red pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)

  • medium onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1 1/2 cups
    Pace® Chunky Salsa

  • (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

    Guacamole

Directions
1.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned, stirring often.
2.
Stir the pepper and onion in the skillet and cook until they're tender-crisp. Stir the salsa in the skillet. Cook until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
3.
Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with the guacamole, if desired.
4.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a Spanish seasoned rice mix. For dessert serve flan.
